What you're sending us

When you submit a quote, story or photo through this site, you're giving the Gutterne Crew Captains permission to review and — if it fits — publish it.

What you confirm

  • The words are yours, or you have permission to share them.
  • Photos are yours, or you have permission from everyone visible in them.
  • You're over 16. If you're under 18, a parent / guardian is OK with this.
  • Nothing you've sent is unlawful, hateful, or infringing.

What we can do with it

You grant Gutterne a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, lightly edit (for clarity, length and house style), translate, display, and distribute your submission on the Gutterne website, social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Strava, newsletter) and in marketing materials connected to the community. Where a byline or handle is provided, we'll show it.

What we won't do

We won't sell your submission to a third party as standalone stock. We won't share your private contact details publicly. We won't pretend you said something you didn't.

Changing your mind

You can ask us to remove your submission at any time. Email the Crew Captains and we'll take it down from the site within a reasonable window. Copies already shared on third-party social platforms may persist outside our control.

Heads up

Submitting doesn't guarantee publication. The Crew Captains decide what fits — quality, tone, context. We may also delete submissions that don't get published.
